Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Independence

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, pillows were soft and the beds were tucked tight. The bathroom was also clean, the towels were fluffy (not the cheap ones) and there was dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was a bag with yogurt, fruit, granola bar, juice and a donut. A lot more then other places have to offer! We enjoyed the pool area which in my opinion was nice too. Hot tub was closed. The place seemed like a family environment. I enjoyed my stay with 2 children and have no complaints. It’s a lot easier to post a negative review than a good one. Just giving this place some credit!

The reviews had us TERRIFIED to stay here after already booking. We showed up and gave it a shot. ITS NOT THE RITZ ALL . All hotels I travel too need help this is not unlike any other. I will say it has some issues but overall for price and how the hotel is set up is actually really nice. Brakefast is nothing really ceral and bagel and muffin coffee ect . Either eat it and shutup or pack your own. Room was OK they all need improvement but hotel was low key and overall a good stay. No bed bugs at all WE LOOKED HARD there were sole ded bugs other areas but its to be expected . The pool was awesome and so cool ! Hot tub still isnt up and running yet. The gym was OK the floor needs some repairs but the gym its self was just fine ! Not a BIG bang for your buck , BUT NOT AS BAD AS ALL THESE REVIEWES THEY MUST BE RICH AND SNUTTY LOL would stay again if needed to be in town.

I saw the reviews and was terrified but the rooms were clean. The bed was soft, the pillows were awesome and the shower was great! There was no cable but the internet was good so I played movies from my laptop. The desk workers were absolutely sweet. I stayed 4 days and had a very pleasant experience! The price on Expedia was way cheaper than similar hotels . It’s in a great area . I’d definitely stay again ! Definitely not what other reviews say !

Last minute stop because we needed sleep. Jeff was great getting us checked in at nearly 1 am. Clean and comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the showers and good lighting in the bathroom for getting ready in the morning, which most hotels lack! Maybe have more regular coffee pods and less decaf in room. Recommend!

Staff was very friendly. Location nice and secluded. And has a decent restaurant attached that is reasonably priced. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’ll be honest my two main issues were the size of the bathroom towels and the small breakfast offerings But for the price I paid I’m not going to be too picky. Overall I was content with my stay

The Wyndham is a nice hotel to stay at while visiting Cleveland. It’s centrally located to a lot of places. Seems like everything was only 10-15 min away. I arrived late and it was the end of Tamika‘s shift, but she gave me the time, attention and care as if I was the first person she saw that day; including some excellent recommendations for exploring the city. The full buffet breakfast was very affordable and very delicious with a make your own waffle bar! The rooms are a little dated, however, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. It was nice to see them remodeling the place; I’ll definitely be coming back to visit soon!

Do not believe everything that you hear off the Internet these rooms were excellent. I have pictures but they will not let me upload them in dining area. Looks wonderful. Bed was extremely comfortable and did not have roaches or bedbugs. I will say they were remodel a few months ago, but other than that great.
